Allaura Lovell
Allaura is based in Fort St. John, BC and has a vested interest in understanding and highlighting the unique historical narratives of communities. Allaura obtained a Bachelor of Arts with a major in History and a minor in French from the University of Victoria. She is passionate about documentary heritage and has pertinent experience in, archival research, community engagement and board governance. By actively collaborating with membership, organizations, and institutions she fosters a collective appreciation for the historical nuances that define each community. Constantly seeking innovative ways to bridge the gap between historical preservation and contemporary storytelling; Allaura's journey is defined by a genuine curiosity about the past and a determination to ensure that the stories of communities remain integral to the present.
